Candle Care During Transit Our candles are carefully packaged to arrive safely. In warm weather, candles may soften slightly during shipping — this does not affect quality or burn performance.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
